Live Agent Pro is a CRM for live-streaming talent agencies, the companies that recruit and manage hosts who stream on TikTok Live and Bigo Live. It is a Pelton Solutions product, next to Knowledge ERP. It has launched and is available now. I expected it to stay the smaller of the two. That is not how it has gone: Live Agent Pro is the one people find more often in search.
What it is
A live agency's day usually runs on WhatsApp threads, screenshots of stats, and a spreadsheet that has been saved as "final" more times than anyone wants to admit. Live Agent Pro puts that work in one system, which breaks down into five jobs:
- Recruit. Public application forms for each platform, an accept or reject workflow, and automated onboarding sequences.
- Message. A two-way WhatsApp inbox the whole team works from, with email threaded into the same conversations, plus bulk sends and scheduled campaigns aimed at hosts by their actual numbers.
- Pay. Each period's stats come in, monthly statements roll them up, and the compensation tier is assigned by rules the agency writes.
- Motivate. Points, levels, missions, a rewards store, and a Hall of Fame.
- Look bigger. On the Agency plan, the host portal runs on the agency's own domain with its own logo and name.
Hosts get a portal of their own where they see their stats, statements, ranking and events. It is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Who it is for
Live Agent Pro is sold to businesses with a billing address in the United States or Brazil. The marketing site is fully bilingual, English and Brazilian Portuguese, and the app and its documentation come in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. It supports both TikTok Live and Bigo Live, and everything outside of stats works the same way for either platform.
Being honest about the data
The number an agency pays its hosts on is diamonds, and diamonds do not arrive automatically from either platform. TikTok's API gives follower, like and video counts and nothing else, and Bigo has no API integration at all. So diamonds, live minutes, valid days and the rest come in by CSV upload or get typed in by hand. The documentation says so on its first page, and sends anyone hoping to stop handling spreadsheets entirely to the page that lists which field arrives which way.
Leaving is spelled out too. An agency can export all of its data itself at any time, and that export keeps working after a subscription lapses.
Where it stands
Live Agent Pro has launched, and it is open to everyone it is sold to: any agency with a billing address in the United States or Brazil can sign up and start a 30-day free trial. There is no mobile app yet, so hosts do everything on the web portal. The host-facing half of the points and rewards system was built for that app, which means it is staff-side only for now.
The marketing site at liveagentpro.com runs on Swiftrics, the same platform as this site.
You can see the rest of what I build on my projects page. If you run a live agency, or you have a process that a spreadsheet is barely holding together, get in touch.
