Everything here is a record of putting AI to work on something I actually needed done, then writing down what happened.

Some of it worked. I built a six-book audiobook series I have still never read, and I handed off our RV route planning after years of doing it across three apps. Some of it was just accounting: I went through a month of usage line by line to find out where the money was really going, because the dashboard total was not telling me anything useful.

What you will not find here is speculation about where all of this is heading. These are jobs I ran, with the parts that broke left in.
